Education built around species-specialized practice
The American Board of Veterinary Practitioners was founded on a straightforward idea: that veterinarians who devote their careers to a species or a practice type should be recognized for the depth that requires — and held to a standard that reflects it.
The Learning Center is how that standard is sustained after certification. Diplomates maintaining certification, residents working toward it, fellows extending their training, and volunteers serving the Board all find their programs here, in a single place, organized by the pathway they are on rather than by the Board's internal structure.
